The Elysium is located within the Inevitable City, in the Lost Narrows.
"A garden, you say? You may as well say that the Elysium's just another plot where farmers grow daffodils and pick weeds. A garden! Ha!
"It's the Elysium, son. It's a haven of evil within a den of iniquity. No one but Aekold Helbrass enters the place, and only a few but him leave thought its doors. A twisted, tortured thing is Aekold, but he will never admit such. Tzeentch has taken from him his soul, and with it his humility." -- Greta Naumann, Keeper of Rolls, Altdorf Library
The Champion of Tzeentch, Aekold Helbrass, holds court within the Elysium in the Inevitable City. The "Gift of Life," granted by Chaos' warping power, is a curse Aekold bears for all eternity. As he walks, flowers and shrubs spring from the barren ground he has trodden.
"Are you a thief who dares enter my secret place uninvited? Or are you an assassin, sent by the lords of Order to see me killed?
"It is sad for you that I cannot be killed. Here, let me show you. Not even Windblade can bite me so deeply that I expire.
"You, on the other hand, will not be so lucky. Come, Windblade, let us teach this pup a lesson." -- Aekold Helbrass to a short-lived intruder
