This is actually A Chest of Tangible Memories, but the styling of the name causes the log parser to think that the Void Shards were looted from a chest belonging to a mob named Tangible Memories. Since we cannot really make the parser NOT think that, we will leave this record where and as it is, with this note of explanation.

This is NOT a Mob, it is truthfully an Object.
