Mannslieb and Morrslieb (WAR History and Lore)  

Right outside the gaping hole in the south wall of Felde Castle is a collection of boulders and rubble including what looks like a section of castle wall itself.

Facing the RVR lake (Felde Castle at your back) jump onto the boulder nearest to the right side of the slab of wall. Turning to face the detached wall, you should be able to see a Very Large Telescope perched on the top of the slab.

You might have to use some creative camera work, but maneuver yourself close enough to interact with the telescope to get the unlock.

Destruction players will have to exercise a good deal of caution in sneaking close enough to obtain the unlock because of the presence of Griffon War Fusiliers guarding Felde Castle.
