This quest is a sub-quest of [Daily] Water Wears Through a Rock.

Go to Fogur Marsh in Sascilia Steppes and use the Mining Pickaxe (Ggl) to mine Moisture Crystal x3 (Ggl).

Just go anywhere within Fogur marsh. So long as your mini-map says you are in Fogir marsh, find the Mining Pickaxe (Ggl) in your backpack and click on it. You will get many fails, just keep doing it. There is a 4 second cooldown on the pickaxe.
