If you are awaiting mail from Raffik, you can go to the Village of Shin and talk with Jerol of the Norrathian Express to see about its delivery status.

When you achieve crafting level 60 you will receive a mail from Captain Iceblade.

1. Find Raffik in New Halas at ( -388, 174, -145 ) Copy .
2. Speak to Grog Farbrewer standing next to you.
3. Craft Coldain Cure-All. You will need:
• 1 squash
• 5 aviak meat
• 5 ravasect meat
• 1 Scintillating Candle
4. Return and administer the hangover cure to Raffik

Your reward is a recipe scroll that contains Coldain Cure-All and Artisan's Amalgamation

You will receive the next quest in the mail at level 70.
