Miasma

Miasmas are found in cave systems. They somewhat resemble the enormous Lashers and may even be related. They are normally encountered in groups of 3 to 5, but can appear in much larger groups.

Miasmas can drain a victim of their energy, adding this to their own defenses. If possible, try to use ranged weapons and don't let them close to melee range.

Miasmas have no armor but can phase in and out during an attack, making it hard to maintain a target lock.

Miasma are very weak against lightning and other LOGOS attacks, to the point that a single LOGOS attack, followed by a shotgun blast, are usually enough to finish them. AFS Intel reports that incendiary weapons may also be highly effective against miasmas.
