Running Multiple Copies of SWG  

In Notepad at the 'Save As' box where you enter a file name. Just include the file name in quotation ( " " ) marks and it will force Notepad/Windoze to save it exactly as you name it. This will override the default addition of the '*.txt' file extension being added. No need to fool around with the default way files are displayed to rename it correctly as '*.cfg'.
