There seems to be some sort of trigger problem with being able to bypass the trigger for the Forgotten's dialogue, getting the questline earlier than level 40.

Also, there is a problem with the scout class quest Stocking the Market, as I was able to get it at level 40. The guards one needs to defeat are still level 60.
Just a warning! Hopefully someone can put this up so others can see it.
