Here is what i have determined so far, all "a glowing emerald" with different maxes on them.
at 90 you get +170
at 85, 86 and 89 it gives +110 to stats (so you can see the recommended levels are kinda.....odd)
at 75 and 77 you get +75
at 68 you get +50
at 55 you get +35
at 38 you get +20
