Sectors (FE)  

1 This is the starting sector. It has all the starting towns. You will want to get a horse before you leave your first town. There is no faction points in the first sector. You can do all the quests safely.

It is broken up into sub zones

5. Ascendant Ridge
6. Mowbray Basin
7. Highpoint
8. Toro Bend
9. Lower Toro Valley
10. Plateau Wastes

2 This sector can be started safely at level 15. You can join a faction here.
