- Players will now be able to repeatedly turn in the airship blueprints to earn personal contribution to the resource race.

General Changes and Bug Fixes
- Players will no longer select objects in the world (keep banners, doors, quest objects, etc) when using the 'target nearest enemy' key binding. (By default this is set to the TAB key.)
- Fixed an issue involving crafting bags and stackable items that could in some rare cases cause item loss.
Combat and Careers
Books and Chalices – Righteous Fury/Soul Essence regeneration rates
- Righteous Fury and Soul Essence regeneration rates were reduced on Books and Chalices as a part of a balancing pass to Warrior Priests and Disciples. The amount of regeneration on these items gave melee healers a greater capability for ranged healing than many ranged healers, especially when chain casting abilities such as AoE heals. The new values ensure that Warrior Priests and Disciples with the best items have sustained ranged healing below that of a dedicated ranged healer, but significantly better sustained healing if in melee combat.
This change was left in version 1.3 as a starting point for Warrior Priest and Disciple balance to better assess whether or not changes that were delayed from the 1.3 C&C changes (like an increase in cast time) were really necessary. The following patch notes summarize these changes:
- Reduced the regeneration rate of Righteous Fury on all offhand Book items
- Reduced the regeneration rate of Soul Essence on all offhand Chalice items
- Fixed an issue that was preventing the Archmage's High Magic mechanic from working properly.
- Git To Da Choppa: Fixed a bug that allowed the pull ability to affect more than one enemy per pulse.
Guild Standard Tactics
- Enhanced Fame: Only the largest influence bonus will apply.
- Enhanced Glory: Only the largest Renown bonus will apply.
- Fixed an issue that was causing friendly NPCs to despawn, in some cases making quests impossible to complete.
- The armor debuff bonus on “The Great Oathstones†tome trinket set was significantly higher than it should have been for the difficulty to obtain this. We have reduced the value so that the bonus is more in line with the level of the item. The following patch note summarizes this change:
- Set bonus for “The Great Oathstones†has had its armor debuff reduced.
- Players who are Renown Rank 45 or higher will once again correctly receive Officer Medallions from players who are Renown Rank 44 or lower.
- The Griffon Theurgist and Raven Evokers at Thaugamond Massif Battlefield Objective will no longer spawn inside geometry.
- Corrected an issue that caused the main door to the Inevitable City to have too many hit points.
- Dead players with the "Supply Line Shortage" debuff will now be ported out of the zone.
