How do I link my TankSpot Donor account to ZAM?

Go to this page and on the 3rd paragraph click the click here link. Type your ZAM user name in the space provided and click enter. If a successful link is established, you will be presented with a "Successful!" message.

How do I link my ZAM Premium account to TankSpot so I can access their services?

I am having problems linking my ZAM and TankSpot accounts.

Note: If you have previously linked a ZAM Premium account to TankSpot and attempt to link another, your original link will become void. You cannot remove a link from a TankSpot Donor to ZAM, nor can you link another account.

If that does not pertain to you, see the steps below:

Send an e-mail to accounts@allakhazam.com, include the following:

• Your user name for each site.
• Which direction you are trying to link: ZAM Premium > TS or TS Donor > ZAM
• The issue you are having and any error that you may have experienced.
• Include the steps you have taken to attempt to link your accounts together.
• Please note that you may only upgrade one account.

What happens to my TankSpot Premium access if my ZAM Premium subscription expires?

If your ZAM Premium subscription expires, you will lose your TankSpot Premium privileges also. However, upon resubscribing to ZAM Premium your TankSpot Premium should automatically reactivate.
