	Eichvul conned yellow to me (Level 20 Human Monk) which I believe puts him in the 21-23 range? He wasn't too bad. 	You know I have never figured this one out. It is like the Oasis and South Ro in the old world. You can zone in to Oasis with 40 people jumping the first poor gator that spawns while dodging Spec trains. Then you zone into South Ro fight the same mob with no competition. Shrug go figure. My b

	Most skills work that way. IF you get double attack at lvl 20 and train 5 points into it your skill will be 25. The skill starts at the ,lvl you receive it.

	Ok now this is all crap! I know there has to be a way to raise faction with these brutes now out with it! 	You'll never believe this, but I got EVERY ONE of the drops needed for this quest off the first mob I engaged. It was awesome. First SolA Heart, then Perma Heart, then Bone rod, finally lambent. I am one lucky bugger, as one of my friends put it. =)
