| these quests *are* designed for a 25ish-30ish warrior to do, assuming he/she has a group. the 'minimum level' thing doesn't mean minimum level to solo the quest, it means minimum level to finish the quest with some help. a good group of 25ish players could take down a griff without too much troubl | ||||

| The reason you can get a weapon like this in an easy location is because its a shaman weapon. Its the same reason that there used to be a 60dam 40 dly staff that only int casters could use. | If the ring is silver one where the endpass each other and the sweep out in points then yeah it is easier to wait for someone to kill a guard and then loot if they don't want he (got a nice little shield that way too and some swords worth a few plat) | ||||

| No, we don't tank but we do melee. In high level encounters, often, you have to be in melee range to cast on a mob. If you are standing there casting and sit to med, you are going to die. | I got this last night in the new Bazaar option (and stole it to boot) and it is great. After having one I would easly pay much more after know what it does. | Not quite true. Eldrig the Old still summons--got summoned 3 times in the fight with him last night. A 56 necro and I beat him relatively easily, just pulled with Malosi, then Turgurs, and then sent in pets while necro snares and fears. Use JBB or best DoTs u have and it goes down fairly easy. | You are correct in saying it was nerfed. I used to be able to do it at level 4. And as far as I can tell you need to go through the convo and agree to do the quest before handing him the femur or he'll just take it.
