| I have more than enough wis... being like 260 without any weapon in my main hand. This item is posibly one of the top 5 weapons in all the game for a cleric. The key is 100 mana 100 hps 20 sv all. That beats the blackstar and the sprinkler from NTov. And I lost a 50% chance roll for it... sigh. | ||||

| the weapon procs 81dd that can be resisted. At 34 i was solo'n the cougars in ic. Usually procs buffed up 5-10 times. | Kaggy is indeed level 55...easy as cake with a group that can work well together..Took 3 people for my turn...58shaman, 57necro, and a 59 monk. Took us a while to get him to spawn..but less than a minute to kill. | ||||

| Well, it's a nice earring. +55 mana is realy nice in the ear slot. Its just that a druid can do the PoTC quest twice, and get both versions of the earring. While it dose take quite a bit of skill to do the quest, by the time your 50 you should have the support of friends/guild that would allow you t | ||||

| Tried giving the Trooper four stacks of four chips each and only got one faction message iso four. Verified that giving four stacks of one each (four total) gave one faction message. | One quick update, I found the pattern for Quiver, Fleeting Quiver, and Backpack in the Bazaar (the room in the middle), sold by Dolsoj Warrebs (-602, -19). Right now I'm at 98 in Tailoring, and have been farming HQ cat pelts in East Karana to make quivers (trivial 115), after that, I have to level t | ||||
