| Kinda a letdown for a naggy item. Not that hot of a dmg/del ratio, only fair +stats, and the proc should be right click effect. That may be a tad bit overpowering, so give it a hella cast time, and move it down to Tashani instead of Tashania(or even lower). Then you would have all the wiz/mag/necs | ||||

| If a DoT (Damage over Time) is on you, or if you are bleeding to death, you health slowly goes down. As a result, if you do not fix this soon it will say: "Pain and Suffering tries to strike YOU, but misses! You died." Ehehe...clear enough? =P | ||||

| Other than being slightly (38 instead of 36) slower, this has almost as good stats as a fine steel great staff, and is a lot cheaper. Got it for my enchanter to help him until he can rely solely on his spells. Unless a staff comes along that buffs key stats, I'm going to keep this, as I like the s | ||||
