| The short answer is a YES!!! Saves plus mana, forget for a moment about the 20 wis, makes this a incredibly agreeable item for the neck slot. Add on top of that 20 wis to free up other slots for resists or bonus hp and it's just fantastic. Hmm...can't see anyone other than a cleric getting reward | ||||

| As a level 60 cleric, I'll occasionally pull out a 2hb, but only as a goof or for fun. I use the Rod of Virtue (30/35 2hb) myself, which is a giant book on a stick. This staff is just a toy for the cleric who likes to have fun sitting in EC (or Unrest, etc.) I also have two mugs and a plasmatic | ||||
