Im not familiar with BST spells, but i dont think they get a Bramblecoat spell do they? If not, couldnt they (VI) come up with something a little more individualistic for that class instead of ripping off a Druid spell? Seems like a very nice item, but cheezy due to the dru spell....at least, thats |

I've gotta disagree. Bramblecoat is a very usefull spell. Its the kinda spell you'll want to have up all the time. The 3pt damage shield doesn't hurt, but the main benefit is the 19pts of AC. It also stacks with just about everything. If another 19 AC and 3pt damage shield could somehow be adde |

Let me start off saying that my main is an SK so I am all for having more SK items out there. Now that the disclaimer is out of the way, I just don't like this item. Or rather I think that it's a waste to put FT on a melee weapon. I mean weapons are probably the one item that people upgrade the most |

Seems like a decent helm for Hybrids and clerics that just need more AC. But the big questions here haven't been answered. Where dose it drop, what drops it, and how tough is it? (wether it's a common, uncommon, rare or junk drop would be nice too.) If this dropped off a 50ish mob it's great! If its |

Just find it interesting that chain classes (Rogues, Rangers and shammy) can't wear this tidbit, but Monks can. Seems a bit heavy for a monk, but then again what do I know? Not like I play a monk.

Another great benifit of the spell is that it lasts almost an hour. As Farstrider mentioned it stacks with all other DS spells. |

For once I dont think anyone will say "This is a monk item" lol. This is a very nice BP for a cleric considering most people who could obtain this are still using a bloodstained tunic. |

It will work first do not stack the items... if it calls for three woven spider silks put three in 1 at a time (not stacked). Put the items in the exact order called for top left to right. Make sure the cloth item is suitable for your race and class. It will work. |

Reportadly (I haven't seen this first hand, but I have this from a good source) they drop from "Shimmering Genoids" in Waking Lands. Shimmering Genoids spawn in the genoid caves and have regular Genoids as PH's. Reportadly they drop unrefined gems every time, and have apparently equal chan |

Like just about everything else involved with the Shawl Quest, they are no-drop.
Btw: if you have a 7th shawl you should have a JC skill close enough to attempt cutting these gems. Otherwise how did you make the RUNE?

If you think people wouldn't try to get no drop stuff for low levels, read the posts on the jarsath armor. one guy described how his friends would duel him to death, drag his corpse thru Karnors, rez him, let him loot the armor, then duel him to death again, drag him back to the entrance, and rez ag |

What you might be missing is the faint possibility that this might indeed -brace yourselves- help a Bard regain mana faster. I've so far tried every other method (excepting AA) to arificially regain mana, nothing but sitting on my bardic butt has worked so far, though.
It's not that big of an issu |
