| No. You are mistaken. If it doesn't say something is a Magic Item, then its not. The ranger weapon and the boots do not say Magic Item. If you look all the rest of the classes do say so. As I happen to have the weapon and the boots, I know that they are not magical. | ||||

| I hate that Verant did this, but this robe just got a whole lot more important to mages and necros...it has the focus effect of summoning efficiency II. | This saves 10% on mana cost of spells. Effectively increasing your mana pool by 10%. And because I don't have to regen my mana by that 10% more, it is like having flowing thought 3 or 4 on this baby. This is one awesome piece of equipment now. Every caster should wear one.
