| Hmm... I would think if you worship the guy and then kill him, Your faction just might drop a little. Kinda hard to train if you can't talk to your trainer cuz they want to KOS you. | this effects instant spells . specifically DD type non AE spells that are detrimental meaning HP damage. UP TO 26 percent( not a fixed rate) so they will average 14 percent more eficientcy. that kinda points these in the direction of a nuker (wiz mage) because it does not effect dots and is a damage | ||||
