| You seem to forget, the softcap on intelligence was lightened with the release of Luclin...instead of providing only 1 mana per point of intelligence (or wisdom, for that matter) over 200, you get 7 (in addition to the +10 int for each point under 200). So, higher int is a good thing now...thanks t | ||||

| you are absolutely incorrect, this is THE MOST TAUNTING WEAPON IN THE GAME. If you're NOT a MT you have no business weilding this weapon. We have 4 of these weapons between the two guilds who cooperatively kill AoW regularly. Look at the name of the proc, Enraging Blow...that should say it all. | ||||

| My tests also come out to ~20%. I can cast Moonfire several more times with this item on. Gives me roughly 600-700 more mana (from a base 3300 mana pool) | ||||

| Did you try this more than once? If not, it may just be variances in your Specialization taking effect, even tho it may not be your main Specialization. | ||||
