| These can't be used for jewelcraft. They can however be broken down into smaller velium pieces for other weapons and armors. Also, they seem to drop a lot on Orc Miners in Crystal Caverns. Thats where I've been getting mine without much difficulty. | ||||

| Doomshade is harder then vindi. Doom has about 2x the hp and hits harder. Doom also flurries like crazy which gives him additional DPS which can take a poor equiped warrior down fast. Doomshade also has a very small attack radius making it hard for all the melees to fight, unlike vindi with a giant | ||||

| The 18 weight blocks of velium do drop in CC. I find them in probably 1 out of every 10 miners. Sell for 10pp to merchant and have sold to players as much as 100pp each. | ||||

| Most things made by tradeskills have 1 as level required to obtain. It is a bit misleading, especially since these have a recomended level of 45. It is cultural armor, made by dark elves with high smithing skill. It requires blue diamonds, and a few other ingredients. Not really level 1 gear. | ||||

| but its not no drop so would be very nice for your new twink wizard or other more-solo class that usually has to wait ages for the mana to return. I agree though that at higher levels, if what you said is true, this becomes quite useful apart from the stats which are quite nice :) | ||||
