| Recommended does not mean that it cannot be equipped. I recently got some gauntlets in Umbral that were recommended 50 and no drop. They were bard/rogue only, and my 49 bard was able to wear them at the time. He is now 51, and the stats have not changed, nor has the Recommended level changed. | ||||

| only time I see this useful is for chain petting.. If you and another mage had the effect items, it could own... The partner would get rid of the 50% pet xp absorbtion, or so I have heard when you are grouped... then reclaim energy with the bracelet, summon pet, burnout with legs, DS with the chest | ||||

| This item is Nice, but not that great!! Blind III isn't that great of a proc. Blinding a mob doesn't do that much.. Great for PVP, but against mobs there are much better. Frostbringer for one or venomous in my opinion. A 85DD that procs at lvl 1. Much better then this and Has AC 10 on it.. Definatel | ||||
