| For all of u with Velious, you should look into the Ice Forged Shackles quest. Its an AWESOME bracer for all melee and hybrid types. My Shadow Knight had a few guildies help get one, They arent too hard to get as long as u have SoW and invis to get through Kael to get to Wakening Lands to get the 2 | ||||

| I saw a 35 Iksar shaman soloing these without a pet. His tactic was DoT and then root it out. I suppose you could use a your poochie but I do think that it would die to quickly. Good Luck with them | ||||

| If you spend points or increase skill with it, you'll cause extra damage to enemies of this type, for example, the Hammer of Wrath has a +3 Bane vs Undead,(not the skill but same effect) So instead of the usual damage against undead, it will deal about 3-5 extra points of damage. | One big problem with Velious ports. You have to wait 15 minutes to be ported, and all Velious dragon rings and the spires in GD are surrounded by nasty critters that will attack anyone, even a 60. | If you want to gain faction in North Freeport (which as an evil ol' Ogre you shouldn't) just kill tons of Orcs in East Commons (even the Pawns give you the good faction). | One piece of advice before you go ahead to kill it is its faction hits. If you rely on good faction with Guk on travelling in Upper Guk, killing it may make you kos to Froglok and travelling in Upper Guk can be a pain. As a 49 shaman, I can travel through Upper Guk by inivisible and not getting lost | ||||
