| One of the drawbacks of being a half-elf is that you don't have a culture per se. So you cannot make cultural armor. However, you can probably wear the Tunare cultural armor (assuming you are a follower). You just need someone else to make it. | ||||

| The dagger seems to drop off of all of them. It is an extremely common drop though, you should be able to pick up at least one in a single evening fighting there. | Your Iksar SK should be fine in OT. It's the best zone I've found for soloing between 16 and 27--reason is that at in the lower-lvl parts of the zone, most mobs (even when they con 'scowl, ready to attack' etc.) don't aggro. | Forgot to add.. there IS indeed a quest to up QRG Portected Animals!! Nesiff's Statue Quest starting in Surefall up's QRG Protected Animals, but as it's a loooow level quest would probably take forever n' a day to get enough hits from it | ||||
