| there seems to be a new quest npc in Grobb, in the tunnels where the jeweler is, near the back I found a troll by name of Rasrok the Blotched I believe him to be. | It is not a proc, it is a clickable effect that you activate. I would guess it works anyway even if you aren't level 58 as the minimum level to attain is 50. I'm working on getting one so I'll let you know as soon as I find out. | ||||

| its for the jagged pine staff or so a quest in Surfall Glade. Its found on Gnoll Hunter in Qeunos Hills between Entrance of BB and the Guard Tower. Gnoll Hunter spawnd near of the left 3 Gnoll Watchers for BB and raw. The Top and Bottom staff are very rar. | ||||

| This is hearsay, but from what I consider to be a reliable source. Halfling druid tailors (maybe others too) can make some armor called vale armor or some such that has wis buffs on every piece. Plains pebbles can be imbued with a druid spell (to make imbued plains pebbles 8)) to form a component | ||||
