The ones I've seen have spawned around the grassy part of the newbie area near the city gate (the area where the leeches, Froglok tads, misquitos, etc. are). | Haven't had a problem with one - 9th lvl Mage, water pet . . . sic 'em Spot! even on the yellows I only have to toss about 2 flame bolts per, and then have the pet sit while I go and fetch another. | Uhm, yes, that hut is one of the ruined huts in the northern part of the forest, I found it almost by accident last evening searching for Ged Twigborn. I didn't get close enough to get them to chase me but I think I will not be staying north of the road much unless I'm headed to the ranger station. | ||||

| Most of what was said above is correct... The only thing I would like to add is that he can be 20 to 22, and werebats never spawn in his room. The room is on the second floor. | The main thing that would make this island easy to handle would be giving everyone a job BEFORE going up there, and EVERYONE knowing and understanding thier jobs.
