| Killing BB Gnolls absolutely does NOT raise Protectors of the Pine faction. It raises only the ones you mentioned. I did it all last night and I am now amiable to everyone else but stil KOS in Surefall. It appears that there is no way to raise this faction. | ||||

| It seems there is a limit on how much the red wine quest will raise this faction. | how about never? i can kill these things with 2 DD spells, and my pet can take at least 3 of these things at the same time. ive been camping them for days just trying to get firiona faction and not once have i seen either of these 2 items. i'm almost non kos in firiona and that takes forever to go f | ||||

| To get faction with RoS you can hunt in Mistmoore. If you are getting a message like: "Your faction with blah blah got worse" and no positive faction hits, you have to let the Mistmoore folks kill you, then you can gain again. Stupid? Maybe. | Not confirmed yet, but along the south part of the zone might be his spawn area, closer to aviak tree than east wall. It seems that escaped gnolls and Shaman L(something) is his placeholder. Spawn time is about 20-30 minutes. | ||||
