| Well, with this item and SCRM all maxed out druid SOW will now do 2k total over a period of 8 ticks. Think there is a VT helm that does the same..but man, these stats are godly. Obvioulsy its useful to shamans and clerics too, just posting as a druid here. | ||||

| Hmm... what would the requirements be on a very high lvl charm? Number of flags you have (whether from tiny quests or PoTb), increases with AC or attack, resists? Number of gods you've killed? Interesting... until they resolve some of the pressing issues with the game, doubt we'll see charms | ||||
