| Yes, very true, and its also a halfway decent shield (or back piece) that is usable by Beastlords! Very few of the established shields can be used by the beasties...no CGS, SBS or Black Chitin shield was what hurt me...three of the better low level ones and easiest to get and not usable by beastlor | ||||

| Ok, just so nobody goes nuts here... Not every item under that Haste link goes up to 50%. Actually only 1 item does on there that is close and that is actually 40ish. This cloak is probably closer to 20%. Either slightly above or slightly less. Haste items % is usually based on how hard it | ||||

| Procs usually have (combat) after them so they proc while fighting. Worn just means the effect works all the time while it is worn, and if the effect is triggered you must have the item on the trigger it if the (worn) tag is on it.
