| It also seems that some merchants are just stingy bastards as well. No matter how good your charisma and faction, some merchants just seem to be stingy. Meaning Amiable and 128 CHA. Most caster spell merchants aren't stingy. I'm not sure about the Jewel merchants. | ||||

| When I first got this weapon, I thought it was too slow to be of any real use. It's slow speed does not give me the type of taunt control I get with my Frostbringer/VAVB combination for sure. | please correct me if i'm wrong because I don't know these stats are 100% correct. I asked a level 60 warrior on my server who has this weapon what his damage bonus was and he said 49, that brings it up to a total of 109 damage. | uhh, nice upgrade for *any* caster. people need to learn just because something has charisma its not an enchanter item. this item in particular has a negligable amount. | ||||

| Personally i'd pass up my roll for an enchanter to snag these. Although the 3 charisma isn't a huge amount, every bit helps. And lets face it, chanters are very important to keep alive :) So that substantial amount of AC & HP is much better put to use on a chanters legs than the other int caster | ||||
