| It's not 'used' for anything. It's an ingredient to create Shadow Temper (1 elven blood, 1 Neriak Nectar, 2 essences of shadows, brewed in a brew barrel). While any skilled brewer can make the temper, Neriak Nectar is only sold in Neriak or achieved through some newbie Dark Elven quests... | ||||

| Eeeeh. With all/all, it makes for really good caster wear if they've already maxxed out their int or wis. That AC doesn't suck for int casters. But yeah, this item definitely says "twinkwear" to me. Not that I have a real problem with that. Not ever item can be a winner. | ||||

| Dropped for me tonight , its much better than a hiero cloak. Shamans dont need the stat adds of a hiero, the saves on this help more and the extra 1 ac and 5 wisdom help too).Now my hiero cloak being lottoed will help get my guild into doing the last step of my epic.
