| I just obtained these boots today, they are a random and rare drop off any wyverns in Skyshrine. The haste is approximately 15% from what I've heard, I have yet to test it. Even without the haste, these are still excellent boots for monks. Aoshi 51 monkey | ||||

| This drops off of a Loach (roughly lvl 55ish Wyvern) deep in SS past the maze area. We went down with 2 full groups that were well ballanced and had no problem handling these mobs. I won this and also a seer lore book. +13 int in each hand is nice. Duldar 50 war Effexor 52 necro | ||||

| Necros need HP over ANYTHING at high level. Necros don't need +mana. To me (54 necro), this item is well worth 20k. It gives me around +75 HP total. I was VERY happy to get one in Kael, and as I was the only necro out there, not much competition. | ||||
