I believe you misread, Yanari. This spell is the 52nd level spell. Primal Remedy is the 44th level spell.
And, while a 90 minute BO3 is nice, I'm not sure that it's worth the hassle to get it. I'll just stick with casting BO4 every 15 minutes.
