| Agony Mephits spawn deep in the caves in Plane of Nightmare (hobgoblins and more). The heart is a rare drop. Perilium drops off random mobs in Plane of Innovation. Brain of a Crystal spider drops in Plane of Justice, I believe off the "see through" spiders behind the main castle. | ||||

| Actually, this is just the first part of the quest. The key gets you straight into the HoH without having to kill Aerin'Dar, but only works for the one person who has completed the quest. | Ok, to clear up the confusion. We are talking about two different quests... There are two ways to gain access to Halls of Honor 1. Kill Aerin'Dar, the glass dragon in PoV. To get access to him at least one person in the raid needs to have the key to his lair, he can open the door for everyone else | ||||

| A mob called a Lucid Arachnae (also PoV) dropped the Crystal Spider Brain. Same brain, was identical in every way to the one off the Luminaii so I assume it is the same. One note one of the guys in my group said he'd spent months at DD and had never seen that mob before. Edited, Fri | ||||

| I can confirm what Rizar said about the box. You defiently don't need sacred water anymore. Used a regular hammer in forge in PoK, also used regular flask of water. Got my Box of Souls about 5 min before this post. Now, though, it seams the quest is broke as the quest guy isn't up tonight in P | ||||
