	i can see from this forum no one has got a clue in hell te haste on thid puppy! from what i have heard on my erver (drinal) andtesting it out myself this item increases haste with lvl at lvl 1 is 1%haste and incraeses 1%/LVL yes it does max at something around 16 or 17% this is what the majority on

	Tested with a level 27 beastlord, so no double attack, and using a shield in the offhand so no duel wield.. Parsed over a 5 minute period, the increase in the number of swings was around 4%. Anyone claiming thats it's equal to a FBSS most likely has one to sell, or has only fought for 30 secs

	Ok, ive tried both types of haste, teh Frss, and teh Fbss, (borrowed from friend), and from what i could tell, the Fbss was faster, but not by much, im guessing, yes, guessing, 12%, maybe 14%, still not sure, but i can promise you it aint no 4%, and yes, it no longer drops.

	It's not a Hoax .. I have one on Erollisi Marr. It's actually a neat looking item too. Looks like a big "Thor" type hammer with what looks to be the face of a dwarf etched on either side. If I remember correctly, it dropped of a Sambata Avisor in the hopper caves.
