| You have to look at what kind of haste it is. Worn haste can not stack together. Your Velium Swiftblade is worn Haste so it will not stack with another worn haste item (like FBSS, CoF). If you want further haste, you'll need to either upgrade the swiftblade to a higher worn haste %, acquire an item | ||||

| Right...the bracers aren't "Lore", which does allow you to get one for each arm. I did the bracer and armguard quest today and neither of them are "no drop", which I found a bit odd..most likely a bug. | ||||

| More specifically, weapon procs for spells that occur on your character's spell list. My rogue uses a Wakizashi of the Frozen Skies, and had a Mammoth Hide Cloak (ID I) equipped. No effect, despite the fact that the Spirit Strike spell is sub-Lv20. | ||||

| What kind of mob was this? It may very well have been a pet; if someone summons a pet then goes Linkdead, the pet may stick around for awhile as a NPC mob, may very well be KOS to players, and poof when killed. I've seen this happen with a guild necro and his spectre pet last night. | ||||

| i know this is old but still i am a 52nd lvl rogue dumped my hero at 47 for 2x the scw i am at 148 str unbuffed when i am buffed i sit at about 245 and with a bard there i cap off in the meantime my sta and dex still suffer sta 145ish buffed and dex about 180 with fos when i started the 45-50 ran | ||||

| the top 4 things a necro looks for are generally: int(up to 200) hp mana stamina int helps alot up to 200 but then it kind of stops helping with only 6 mana past 200 for each point. | Sk and pallie group heals help everyone particularly when we crit with them, and every caster can appreciate an additional influx of 100 mana every minute or so. Also mana for the hybrids means keeping raging mobs off the casters, and prevent those pesky mobs from running away. The resists are nice | ||||
