This is going to be hard to explain without spoiling anything, but I'll see what I can do.
There are several places in the Planes of Power where you will need a raid' force to complete a task |

In answer, yes you can and yes it is a rather large advantage,...
It's also damn useful for casting heals/buffs of low range from outside the agro range of certain mobs...

As she enters the coldly beautiful City of Neriak, the woman lets her lavender eyes wander over the glowing sigils of power shimmering brightly in the dark streets, reveling in the sight of them. You enter the Plane of Disease through the open sewer pipe north of the port-in in the Plane of Tranquility.
You enter the Plane of Nightmares through the clover-shaped thing in the center of the cluser of buldings south of the port-in.
You enter the Plane of Innovation by clicking on the unmo |

I am a 52 paladin. The effects of no stamina are not really much to sweat, IMHO. I have seen Str lose a few points as well as agi and dex, if i recall correctly.
The answer to this problem is a paladins invigor spell. me thinks druids and shamans and clerics all get it too. It is cheap to cast and |

I have been fighting in ToFS for many levels. I love this zone and have discovered that it is pretty much the best exp i have ever found. My Warrior (lvl 51 on the nameless) has all of the keys including Tserinna's. By going to the right on 1st floor instead of to the left you come to the mirror |

Hello dear
Level 45 is the min level. Note when this came out level 45 and this effect were very "high level" gear. It is most often sought after pre SOE spell these days, and is happily sought after by the save the bat faction. |

The the exp is great in HK, I double dinged every day in HK until I was level 41, to do this you must be able to solo, after 34 I soloed WR for excellent exp, fair loot and faction.
I suggest anybody 30-40 hunting the fastest exp they can find, I highly suggest you come to HK, if you can't so |

Bah don't go running all over the East Commons looking for this spell.
To be more accurate, it is found in the tunnel between East Commons and Ro.
The merchant closest to the Shady Swashbuckler is the one selling this spell, and it is relatively expensive (39pp for a cha 65 character)
