| Actually, shield is not a disc. It's a completely seperate ability which is useable every three minutes, but in NOT able to be used if either the shielder or shieldee is using a disc. | the pattern is imbue diamond spell which is on the first vendor on the right when you walk in the cleric/pally guild in north freeport and the planar kit is a planar jeweling kit bought from the jeweling vendor in the building north of the library in plane of knowledge. | Closest place to be bound is in Paineel right by the Warrens zone in. It's semi-safe there in that nothing patrols there and if anyone trains a Paineel NPC to the Warrens zone (very rare occurance), you'll be right next to the zone. | ||||

| Shaman ornate chain gloves (pop quest) has this effect. You cast your spear of torment and this will shave off 20 percent, or 56 mana. | From what I have read on the enchanter boards the hard haste cap is about 105%. That total can be from one item and one spell. There is a bard song that can stack with the spell and item haste and will go over the haste cap. That is the level 60 Warsong, I think. Otherwise, if multiple spells, so | ||||

| I agree. Rangers should not be counted on as front line tanks for extended periods. Less AC and hit points than other tank types severely limits our capabilities in this regard.
