| Can't name a rogue weap that has those stats. But can name one that has 11/22 (bonus 5 makes it 16/22) and is one heck of a lot easier to obtain. | Find a merchant that sells fletching supplies and buy a book. This will tell you what you need to start. But buy stacks of Field Point tips, Wooden shafts, round fletching, and large nocks. Buy a fletching kit to combine these in. Control click the items and place one of each of the above things | ||||
