| both qeynos and freeport have secret evil guilds in the tunnels below the cities that can be accessed by da trolls and all thogh i dont believe there is beastlord or shaman guilds in either of those cities. | You were in a pickup group in Velks. If something drops in a pickup group everyone rolls. Maybe if this was a guild group or a raid you could do merit points or something cute like NBG. Otherwise great drops like this dont drop often so when they do everyone rolls. | ||||

| Finally got one. Got attacked on first Turn-In try! I am an Innoruuk worshipping Drow. I had to take High Elf Form (ewwww), then Invis and target Lara, then leave the hut and collaborate her from a safe distance. Then I was dubious to all in the hut and could do the turn in. | ||||
