| It says it onlys effects Hp spells and thats wrong. It effects Malosini and Mala. I get the message when i cast them that my Circlet of Falinkan starts to glow. Makes Malosini cast 1 second faster, normal cast time is 3 secs it casts in 2 secs with this effect. | ||||

| Exactly, humans are JUST average. For rangers, they are a good choice, because their downsides can be outweidhed in other areas. I like Skulreaver's style, he's persuasive. As for Monks? There is no middle of the road - there are 2 choices, and Iksars are the best. | ||||

| I was playing in here with my grasping roots spell and then casting stinging swarm (DOT). What I found was that for the stinging swarm spell to not fizzle my conjuration had to be at least 155.
