| Permafrost is almost always empty, except for sometimes a raid shows up to kill Vox, and even that's not once a week like it used to be. Your best bet is to find a nice level 50+ person to come up with you. There's always a few people outside perma killing ice giants. Wait outside there for a while | ||||

| You should be able to. With Instrument of Nife you would be easily tying the warriors and rangers for damage output. I'd suggest getting some dex increasing equipment and go down and advertise what the spell does. 243 damage a proc is nothing to sneeze at, especially at 36. I've got my dex up to 130 | ||||

| If you're not a melee, I wouldn't worry about it a whole lot. Chances are if you've got to flee whatever is after you will swim faster anyways. If you're a melee, as long as your stamina is over 100 the amount you swing your weapon wont be affected by the empty bar. | ||||

| The only time anyone is in this dungeon is to kill Phinny, Undertow or the Corrupted Seahorse. EB will do you no good, because those mobs are so deep into the dungeon you'd be fishbait long before you ever got there to beg. Kedge Keep is not normally used for an exp zone. | ||||

| I went here to use the bank as a Dark Elf Mage and I had no problem with the Ogre's. My Dark Elf ShadowKnight mate went with me and she had no problems in here either. We're going back to bind here so I can do the Shovel of Ponz Mage quest in Feerrot and she to do her SK quest. | ||||
