| The Silvery Mask IS a Quest item, you get it from Captain Bvellos in the bank for turning in Icepaw Kobold Paws (dropped in Velks) 4 Paws will give you some faction, and a silvery mask or an Antlered mask.. | No, there's no soulbinder in this city, as of the time I'm typing this. Luclin only has two soulbinders; one in Shadowhaven, one in Shar Vahl. Maybe some dau they'll add one, who knows? They did add soulvinders to Iceclad Ocean, Overthere, Firiona Vie, and the Arena; maybe they'll put onr here. | ||||

| Nope. There's only two soulbinders in all of Luclin; one in Shadowhaven (near the teleporter to the Nexus) and one in Shar Vahl (just outside the throne room in the place). If you want to be bound here, have to find a caster to do it for you, same for Sanctus Seru. | ||||

| Just as a suggestion: You might want to pick up a healer. This place is a little harder than it says (as is most of Lucin). You could do the elemental island and get good experiance.
