| actually, it SHOULD 'proc' all the time.. It isn't even a proc. It is a worn effect that should work on all spells besides the Complete healing and armor-click spells (i.e. ES Vambs). I have a crystaline torque and it is working for all the spells that I use that cost mana. Im 60 druid. | ||||

| Says it only effects lvl 20 or below spells....doesn't say it doesn't work after you reach level 20. Also, I did the ToV quest at 20. All my spells are 19 and will be fitting the category till my next spell level at 24. Well worth it for me. | ||||

| I also have an Agnostic Vah Shir Beastlord, and tried that very stunt... For reference, Venril Sathir HATES Vah Shir... The Ogres on the first island, and several of the outposts inhabitants made it quite clear that they would rather kill me than talk to me. | ||||

| Sitting back and casting Complete Heal when the tank is low works great if you're working with an enchanter, but if you're in a multiple MoB situation with no enchanter, using CH is a death sentence, not only for you, but for your whole party. As for it being less mana efficient, that is true enoug | ||||

| I just got the Epitaph of Life undead dot spell, and I have tried using it on some of the skelly's in KC. It takes about 6 casts to do the job. With a KEI you can earn decent EXP as a solo cleric =^p Only hard part is pulling the skeletons. | ||||

| I find that you can safely fear kite in Stone Brunt if you find a good camp spot off the "game trails". As an example, at the Northeast Higher Kobold camp, you can safely pull to the northeast of that camp up by the mountain wall. I pull them with an arrow and then snare them once we beg | ||||
