| Actually, the reason you can increase your foraging is because it is a class skill for Rangers. If the character were a Wood Elf Warrior the skill would be capped since Warriors do not learn to forage. | ||||

| Actually there are 3 kinds of damage shields. You have self-only dmg shields, alternate effect damage shields, and general damage shields.
