| The real problem with the Luclin quest is the need for trackers to locate 3/4 of the mobs your looking for. Most of these mobs are wanderers and if you dont have a tracker you can spend weeks in a zone looking for something and just barely missing it every day from lack of a tracker. Tracking mobs | ||||

| these sleeves are only moderately better than the newbie sleeves sleeves of the arcane order... horribly thought-out risk-vs-reward here I guess... a lvl 45 should not be wearing these, at least IMHO. oh well... another worthless quest I guess... thats kinda how I feel about the burning rapier quest | ||||

| In looking at the item, I noticed that these were NOT No Drop... My guess is that these aren't really in the game for lvl 45 wizzies to wear, but rather for them to sell to lower (but not newb's) players. I could be wrong on this, but that's my take on it. | In order to sell them, you would have to put a price on them... and for the effort it takes to do the quest, that price would end up being fairly high. However, that price would probably be too much to pay for an item like this... so it's not really a good item to sell, either. :( | ||||

| The proc is a 75 pt DD spell plus a 0.1 second stun. If it procs its a guaranteed caster interrupt. With my 41 rogue, 133 DEX, I see this proc at least once and often twice in a fight. It gets resisted about 1/3 of the time vs some mobs like drolvargs. Against giants I rarely see a resist. It r | ||||
