| You can raise faction by simply killing Gnolls, but you'll be there for a while. Turning in the fangs is the fastest way, but you can't get into Qeynos that far without some sort of invis and a lot of luck. Even then some of the in-town factions may not get raised, but you will be ok with the Qeyn | ||||

| Since they didn't make these quest armors NoDrop I suspect they decided to go light on the stats. I work on some of these for my twinks when I'm bored. There's better stuff out there but I hate to spend pp on twinks. If you can do these quests, even grouped, you probably have better stuff already. | ||||

| Phinny himself is the last of the Kedge, a race of sentient underwater creatures whose home was Kedge Keep. I seem to recall talk of possibly adding a lost tribe of kedge and possibly even making kedge a playable race (requiring enduring breath items when *not* in the water) but I don't remember | ||||

| A mob that is called ! (or has a ! in front of the name) is a permakilled mob. In short, yep, it was badly bugged and needed fixing. It's easier to just change the NPC's name than it is to completely remove it from the zone. | ||||
