| Unless your sole purpose in this zone is going after named mobs your not gonna find anything but a few twink weapons. The elite guards drop some weapons that are decent to good for a lvl 45 player, but that is about it. You will find that you can get some casters spells off of random mobs here as | ||||

| I'm guessing that since he is the only automatic KOS mob in the city, and the items he drops are No-Rent, he is probably for a quest, i.e. turn in his no-rent weapon and shield for something, but I haven't figured anything out on it yet. | ||||

| 1) Weakness line. Don't bother with purchasing or using the weakness line of spells until you get Listless power, Suffocation(29th) and Insipid weakness(34th). Cast suffocation first as it is a DoT and it needs time to damage. Then Listless, then Insipid. The effects of this are rather noticable and | ||||

| Any arrow made with a parabolic fletch will be class 2. I use field point, bone shaft, parabolic fletch, small nock for a long range cheap pulling arrow. | ||||
