| Gems do also drop in CS and DN. CS is doable from 40 45. Wyverns ( no faction either ) DN I'd say 50 55, but to get to the gem dropping mobs ya need to be 2 groups if ur in the early 50'ies, 1 if ur 55+ | ||||

| I read the quest you need to do to get this item. Killing that stormgiant Captain at a lower level than getting this bracer doesnt sound like an option. The quest is rated at level 50 too. | I believe you are on my server :) Often I would track down a rare only to find out that you had it hehe...
